Because these products are made to order, they cannot be reused or resold.<\/p><p><strong>Standard (Non-Bespoke) Products<\/strong><\/p><p>All standard products may be returned within <strong>30 days of purchase<\/strong> for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.<\/p><p>Return shipping is provided <strong>free of charge<\/strong>. Once you have contacted us we will issue a prepaid return label by email.<\/p><p><strong>How to Initiate a Return<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Email <a href=\"mailto:info@reusable-molds.com\">info@reusable-molds.com<\/a> with your order number and reason for return<\/li><li>We will respond within 2 business days with your prepaid return label and return address<\/li><li>Pack the goods securely in the original packaging<\/li><li>Attach the prepaid label and drop off at your nearest approved carrier location<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Returns address:<\/strong> Please contact us for the return address, which will be determined by your shipping location. We will provide the most convenient return address for your region when we issue your prepaid return label.<\/p><p><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/p><p>Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within <strong>5 working days<\/strong> to your original payment method.<\/p><p><strong>Your Legal Rights<\/strong><\/p><p>Your rights are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
