At Reusable-Molds.com we are committed to providing the best possible customer experience. If you need to return an order, we are here to make that process as straightforward as possible. If you have any questions please contact our team at info@reusable-molds.com before making any return.

Bespoke Products

Products that have been custom fabricated to your specific requirements are not eligible for return or exchange. Because these products are made to order, they cannot be reused or resold.

Standard (Non-Bespoke) Products

All standard products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping is provided free of charge. Once you have contacted us we will issue a prepaid return label by email.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@reusable-molds.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with your prepaid return label and return address
  3. Pack the goods securely in the original packaging
  4. Attach the prepaid label and drop off at your nearest approved carrier location

Returns address: Please contact us for the return address, which will be determined by your shipping location. We will provide the most convenient return address for your region when we issue your prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
