Returns Policy
Reusable-molds.com is dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience; however sometimes you need to return an order, for whatever reason, we are here to help make that process as easy as possible.
Below is information on our returns policy, however if you have questions please reach out to our friendly team on Tatiana@rivertables.es to discuss the best way to manage your return.
Please contact us before any returns are made. All returns must be instigated within 7 days and returned within 14 days of purchase.
To return goods please:
- Include the order confirmation list you received in the delivery (if you’ve lost this please print your order confirmation email and write the reason for returning).
- Write on the packing list or email info@reusable-molds.com the reason for returning
- Pack the goods in the original packing
- Deliver using an insured delivery method to:

A lot of the orders we fulfil are bespoke, meaning they were fabricated based on your order. Because we cannot effectively reuse the materials, any products which are bespoke are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that offers ‘proof of delivery’ and insures you for the value of the goods. Once your goods have been received the refund will take roughly 5 working days.
